We are currently seeking out a highly motivated Service Advisor to join our Omoda Watford team.

What you will do:

• Manage all customer enquiries by telephone and in person and successfully convert these into firm bookings.
• Maximise service sales and profitability through selling core, value-added and incremental products.
• Deliver exceptional customer service experience to ensure customer loyalty and repeat custom.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years’ experience within the automotive industry.
• Excellent communication skills at all levels.
• Excellent understanding of how to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
