What we are looking for

We are currently seeking an experienced Brand & Production Manager to join our creative and vibrant Marketing team, based in our offices at the racecourse in Ascot, Berkshire. As the Brand & Production Manager, you will be responsible for the management and implementation of our [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] brands. This is a full-time, permanent role.

What you’ll be doing

  • Acting as key point of approval and feedback for the development of materials featuring the [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] brand
  • Being principal custodian of our Brand Guidelines
  • Managing the in-house creative studio
  • Line management of the Graphic Design team
  • Overseeing print production of key branded assets

Skills and experience you can bring

  • Previous proven experience in a design and production-led role
  • Extensive supplier management experience
  • Exceptional communication and organisational skills
  • Exceptional project management skills
  • Understanding of brand visual identity
  • Keen interest in consumer brands
  • Working knowledge of horse racing or sport is desirable but not essential
