Membership Manager
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Ltd is seeking a Membership Manager to join the Membership team. This full-time, permanent role is based at the racecourse in Ascot, Berkshire. The role manages memberships for [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal], including the Royal Ascot Racing Club.

What we are looking for
We are currently seeking a Membership Manager to join our Membership team with sole responsibility for management of the Memberships at [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] portfolio. This role is based in our offices at the racecourse in Ascot, Berkshire.
What you'll be doing
- Protecting the intrinsic value of each type of Membership and developing strategies for longevity and a pipeline for new members.
- Generation, growth and retention of memberships revenue.
- Providing and overseeing efficient client service delivery.
- Building and maintaining communications with internal stakeholders.
- Direct line management of Membership Executive and RARC Raceday Assistants.
- Management of all enquiries and communications for Memberships.
- Overseeing successful delivery and budget performance of all Memberships at [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] assets.
- Collaborating with Marketing to develop integrated communication and marketing plans.
- Overseeing the renewal process and leading the Royal Ascot Racing Club administrative duties.
Skills and experience you can bring
- Working knowledge of Excel, Outlook and database systems.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills at all levels, especially with VIP/high net worth individuals.
- Excellent administrative skills.
- Interest in racing and knowledge of the racing industry.
- Proactive and able to work independently.
- Proven experience managing and developing team members.
