Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute data-driven social media strategies aligned with organisational goals
- Identify and leverage emerging trends, setting clear KPIs for growth and engagement
- Create, manage, and publish engaging, brand-aligned content across all social platforms
- Maintain consistency through a strategic content calendar in collaboration with internal teams
- Analyse social media performance metrics and competitor activity to generate actionable insights
- Provide data-backed recommendations for continuous improvement
- Manage and engage online communities by responding to comments, messages, and mentions
- Build strong relationships with audiences and act as a bridge between customers and the organisation
- Lead end-to-end social media campaigns, from planning and execution to performance evaluation

Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 2 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
