Sales Manager

This full-time hybrid role in London involves developing sales strategy, managing trade programs, building client relationships, and driving revenue through retail, trade, and wholesale channels.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a proven track record in the luxury furniture and interiors sector, and strong international experience, to lead and grow our sales function. This is a pivotal role responsible for delivering significant growth across both UK and US markets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a clear sales strategy to achieve ambitious growth targets across UK and US markets.
  • Drive revenue growth across retail, trade, and wholesale channels, with a focus on expanding international sales.
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities with designers, architects, luxury retailers, and distribution partners.
  • Demonstrate a target-driven mindset: set, drive, and surpass global and regional targets.

Trade, Distribution & Client Relationships

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with trade clients.
  • Work collaboratively with our North America Showrooms and Sales Representatives to plan and execute our US sales strategy.
  • Host showroom visits, trade events, and client presentations.
  • Act as a brand ambassador representing [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] at trade fairs and international events.

Business Development

  • Lead the development and growth of the [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] trade programme.
  • Identify new sales and distribution opportunities in the US and beyond.
  • Support marketing initiatives to drive awareness.

Internal Team & Operational Collaboration

  • Collaborate with marketing and product development.
  • Work closely with logistics and operations.
  • Provide leadership and internal training to team members.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Monitor and report on sales performance across UK and US markets.
  • Track pipeline, customer engagement, and sales KPIs.
  • Analyse customer and market insights.

Experience Required

  • Solid experience in sales leadership within luxury furniture or interiors.
  • Proven track record of delivering significant sales growth across multiple channels.
  • International sales experience, including managing distribution partners in the US.
  • Established network of trade and industry contacts in UK and US.
  • Experience in building and managing a trade programme.
  • Demonstrated success in long-term client relationship management.
