FST Team Leader

Requirements
- Proven experience in a Field Support / Desktop Support role within an IT Operations environment
- Demonstrable experience leading or mentoring technical support staff
- Strong working knowledge of Windows desktop operating systems, Microsoft 365, Active Directory / Entra ID, hardware break-fix and endpoint management
- Excellent customer service, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
Desirable skills include ITIL Foundation, experience supporting multi-site environments, familiarity with Intune/SCCM/RMM, and exposure to project delivery.
