Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support day-to-day management of relationships with oral health experts and thought leaders.
- Lead planning and execution of Scientific Affairs activities for Total, Sensitive, and Kids portfolios.
- Project manage initiatives to strengthen oral care and brand/product knowledge across internal functions.
- Manage all project administration and project management activities.
- Strategic Stakeholder Engagement: Manage relationships with Key Thought Leaders and external partners.
- Scientific Program Leadership: Lead execution of high-impact scientific projects, conferences, exhibitions, and webinars.
- Insight & Data Intelligence: Collate local insights and oversee Real-World Data collection programs.
- Professional Education: Design and localise educational content and training programs for dental professionals.
- Internal Subject Matter Expertise: Support internal scientific training and serve as technical lead.
- Project Management: Drive strategy by tracking KPIs, managing A&P budget, ensuring regulatory compliance.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Scientific or clinical educational background and understanding of scientific communications.
- Confidence in delivering training, webinars, and presentations at conferences and industry events.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building skills.
- Experience in project management such as budget management and event logistics planning.
