Start date: 1 January 2026

Role and Location

We are strengthening our EHV team with a Project Manager with proven experience in project management. The position is based in our North Shields, UK office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take full responsibility for the execution of the project, ensuring adherence to the contract/frame agreement and achieving Project Profit & Loss objectives.
  • Ensure project delivery according to specified Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) requirements and project schedule.
  • Ensure fulfilment of the Frame Agreement/Purchase Order/Contract, particularly regarding time, scope, and quality.
  • Create a structured work distribution and an efficient work organization in a positive and motivating work environment.
  • Maintain close contact with employees, customers, and subcontractors.
  • Delegate and follow up on work tasks, ensuring proper documentation of contractual communication.
  • Keep all relevant parties updated on project progress and concerns.
  • Ensure adherence to current HSE rules and agreed-upon quality standards.
  • Assist in the preparation of work instructions, procedures, job descriptions, and quality plans.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and guidelines.

Skills, Abilities, and Knowledge

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and leadership abilities, fostering positive working relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain a positive attitude and exhibit a strong sense of overview.
  • Preferably, knowledge of the wind industry and technical expertise in related areas.
  • Preferably, a theoretical or practical education in a subject relevant to the wind industry.
  • A minimum of three years of relevant experience in project management.
  • Proficient in written, spoken, and comprehension of the English language.
