[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is hiring a Wind Turbine Technician for servicing in the UK. Location: North Shields, United Kingdom.

We are currently looking for Service Technicians to work on wind turbines around the United Kingdom willing to travel as needed.

Perform tasks of servicing electrical machines defined by the project manager (troubleshooting, diagnosis, operation, maintenance).
Read, analyse, understand, and complete relevant paperwork (work instructions, safety instructions, checklists, technical standards) provided by [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal], the customer or external entities.
Be aware of risks and ensure compliance with applicable safety standards.
Follow and respect [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] policies and safety standards.
Maintain proper care of [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]’s tools and vehicles.

Electrical, Mechanics and Hydraulic technical knowledge (essential).
Relevant experience.
Safety-driven: fulfilment of safety, hygiene, and health rules.
Communication: ability to communicate orally and in writing.
Problem resolution: analyse problems and make decisions.
Teamwork: ability to collaborate and commit to goals.
UK resident or with permission to work in the UK (mandatory).
Physical requirements: work in extreme weather, flexible hours, physically fit to climb 80m multiple times a day.
