Location: Reading, Berkshire (covering Reading, Basingstoke, Camberley, Newbury)
Salary: £40,000 per year + car allowance (£3,840 per year)
Type: Permanent – Full-time

About the Role
- Manage, inspire, and engage teams across multiple sites.
- Understand, track, and drive restaurant profit contribution, balancing commercial performance with quality and service.
- Build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience managing at least four sites, supporting Chef Managers in day-to-day operations.
- A chef by trade, with hands-on approach and willingness to step into the kitchen.
- Confident communicator at all levels, from kitchen to boardroom.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and highly organised.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (spreadsheets and presentations).
