About the Role
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Group (IFG) is one of England’s fastest-growing school food providers, serving around one million students daily across more than 1,500 schools. We are recruiting for a Central Support Chef to join our team, supporting a portfolio of schools in the Bristol area. You must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.
Key Responsibilities
- Covering chef manager absences across sites
- Supporting training and development of onsite catering teams
- Assisting with mobilisation of new contracts
- Maintaining high standards of food quality, service, and compliance
- Providing hands-on kitchen support when required
Requirements
- Previous Chef Manager experience (ideally secondary education)
- Passion for food and customer service
- Strong craft skills and ability to lead by example
- Excellent organisation, flexibility, and resilience
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
