We need a resourceful problem-solver and relationship builder who brings a "can-do" attitude and a genuine desire to learn and grow, who will be empowered to contribute as part of the team.

Your Daily Impact at [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]

  • Own complex domestic and international travel and execute high-detail calendar management for the Vice President, International and other executives as needed.
  • Lead the end-to-end organisation of internal and external meetings across international markets - from securing venues and catering to preparing agendas, materials and follow-up action items.
  • Partner with the International Leadership Team to drive the business and strategic agenda.
  • Take ownership of key deliverables and structuring work to achieve goals.
  • Organise the planning and execution of executive visits to London (and other International markets).
  • Partner with the Global Executive Assistant team to serve as key information flow between International and US offices.
  • Draft internal communications, support presentations and maintain distribution lists.
  • Streamline the executive office by managing expense reports, vendor invoicing, and purchase requisitions.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, engaging with internal teams and global partners.

  • Experience working in global organisations, managing schedules across timezones.
  • Business acumen that enables engagement and ownership of driving the strategy agenda.

  • Highly organised and thoughtful with strong customer service skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in both Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, with a mastery of modern collaboration tools like Slack and Zoom.
