Job Description
We’re currently looking for a Product Marketing Manager on behalf of a super exciting and fast expanding SaaS company, to take ownership of positioning, messaging and go-to-market strategy across a growing product portfolio. You’ll shape clear, differentiated narratives that resonate with target audiences, lead end-to-end product launches, and ensure sales, enablement and customer touchpoints are consistently aligned to the latest value proposition. This is a highly cross-functional role, partnering closely with Product Management leadership, Sales, Enablement, Content and Brand to deliver launch excellence, stronger customer adoption and measurable commercial impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Positioning, Messaging & Go-to-Market Strategy: Lead the evolution of product messaging and positioning, crafting compelling narratives that reflect both current and future solutions. Integrate brand positioning shifts across solution areas to ensure consistency, clarity and differentiation. Drive cross-functional alignment on messaging and positioning, ensuring launches and market updates are supported by accurate, cohesive content across sales assets, enablement materials and customer touchpoints.
- Product Launches & Program Management: Own relationships with Product Management leadership and run end-to-end product launches. Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver launch communications, assets, campaigns and enablement. Define and measure launch success using leading and lagging indicators, linking usage, adoption and access to revenue impact and churn reduction.
- Content Development: Create new and refresh existing sales decks, customer presentations and enablement materials to support sales and partners. Collaborate with Content and Brand teams on thought leadership (blogs, webinars, videos) that accelerates the buyer journey and elevates the brand. Partner with the Enablement lead to build and deliver training programmes that help internal and external teams communicate product value and differentiation effectively.
Person Requirements
- Proven experience in product marketing, ideally in a B2B technology environment.
- Strong capability in positioning, messaging and translating product features into customer value and differentiation.
- Demonstrable experience owning and delivering product launches end-to-end with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to produce high-quality sales and enablement materials.
- Comfortable working with data and metrics to assess launch performance and commercial impact.
- Highly organised, collaborative and able to influence senior stakeholders, including Product leadership.
