Audit and Accounts Assistant – Fixed Term (Guildford)

Job Requirements
- Predicted 2.2 degree or higher in any discipline.
- Preferably 5 GCSEs or equivalent including Mathematics grade 6 (B) and English Language grade 4/5 (C).
- Educated to A Level (minimum 120 UCAS points from top 3 A levels excluding General Studies).
- Experience of MS Office products, in particular Word and Excel.
- Professional attitude when dealing with clients.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to plan and organise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Self motivation and uses initiative.
- Willingness to travel to client sites and the Firm’s London office if required.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist with audit and accounting assignments.
- Prepare monthly or quarterly management accounts.
- Prepare financial accounts for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies.
