What the Job Involves
- Conducting and managing a high-quality caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to post-completion.
- Maintaining and developing strong client relationships with a wide range of clients and introducers.
- Managing a full caseload of varying value and complexity across residential property.
- Responding to clients and third parties on technical legal enquiries.
- Providing an excellent service to clients and introducers, maintaining regular and proactive contact throughout the process.
- Being actively involved in the development of the department, including training and supervising Administrators, Paralegals and Trainee Solicitors.
What You Need
- Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with extensive knowledge of a variety of residential property matters.
- Excellent knowledge of relevant law and practice, including a proven track record of the Conveyancing process.
- Detail-driven, excellent communication skills, and a motivated & organised team player.
