Regional Director – Commercial Property

This is a senior leadership role where you will drive performance, develop our commercial property offering, and lead multiple offices to deliver exceptional client service.

You’ll be part of a thriving, well-established commercial property team that is continuing to grow its presence across the West Midlands and surrounding areas.

What does the job involve?

  • Leading and managing Commercial Property teams across the region, ensuring operational excellence and high-quality service delivery
  • Making strategic decisions, supporting the Head of Department, and deputising where required
  • Providing oversight on complex commercial property transactions, supporting teams with technical queries and decision‑making
  • Driving growth through networking, developing client relationships and supporting new business initiatives
  • Ensuring compliance, risk management and best practice across all regional teams

What do you need?

  • Qualified Solicitor with extensive experience in a broad range of Commercial Property transactions and related matters
  • Strong technical knowledge across the full range of commercial real estate transactions
  • Proven experience managing a team or regional operation
  • Excellent communication, drafting and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to work independently, handle autonomous decision-making, and support others with complex matters
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and drive performance
  • A proactive, commercially focused approach with a passion for delivering excellent client care
