We’re looking for a highly organised and motivated Paralegal to join our thriving Dispute Resolution team within [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least 12 months’ Paralegal experience—ideally with exposure to a broad range of disputes — who is ready to take the next step in a supportive, high-performing environment.

As a key member of our Legal 500‑recognised Dispute Resolution team, you’ll work closely with our Lawyers to deliver accurate, timely and high‑quality support across a varied caseload. What does the job involve?

  • Assisting Lawyers by providing general legal and administrative support by preparing standard court forms and bundles, liaising with courts and counsel’s chambers as to listing of hearings and conferences
  • Administrating client matters using SOS case management system such as file opening procedures, document preparation and formatting
  • Diary management including the booking and scheduling of client appointments and liaising with clients
  • Take initial payments and prepare postings slips whilst ensuring compliance with SRA, Lexcel, Law Society Quality Scheme standards, SARs and accounting requirements

What you need

  • Around 12 months experience as a Paralegal within a civil or commercial litigation department with exposure to personal injury claims advantageous
  • Passionate about giving outstanding client care and service with excellent communication, interpersonal and team working skills.
  • Excellent administrative, planning, organisation and time management skills to meet deadlines.
  • Experience using a case management system such as SOS and MS Office applications to undertake a range of administrative duties in a paper-light working environment.
