Senior Partnership Operations Manager

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading end‑to‑end operational delivery for major or strategic partners, ensuring all contractual rights and KPIs are met to exceptional standards across installations, product integration and brand visibility
  • Interpreting complex partner agreements and translating them into detailed operational project plans; acting as a senior bridge between the Commercial and Operations teams
  • Implementing efficient processes, tools, and reporting to track progress and deliver consistent sponsor experiences
  • Leading discussions with agencies and suppliers to secure resources and aligning internal teams, suppliers and strategic partners around delivery expectations
  • Account managing and responsible for regular communications with partners, including contributing to post-event partner reports
  • Overseeing partner-related budgets to support high quality delivery
  • Delivering partner activity at global events, resolving operational challenges and making decisions under time pressure

What You’ll Need

  • Proven experience in event operations, logistics and sponsorship delivery within live events or hospitality environments
  • Familiarity with managing premium brand activations across global events and/or account management within the hospitality industry is highly beneficial
  • Excellent organisational and project management capabilities, with attention to detail and the ability to work to competing deadlines
  • Strong ability to adapt to fast-changing environments and problem-solve in real time
  • Fantastic communication and relationship building skills
  • Confidence liaising with and influencing internal teams, external suppliers and senior partners
  • A collaborative approach with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Willingness to travel to international events and flexibility in working hours
