About the Role

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our FM Operations team. This role is responsible for supporting the full lifecycle of service delivery across multiple contracts—from initial client call logging through to job completion and close-out. The Contract Administrator will work closely with engineers, schedulers, and clients to ensure that all administrative aspects of service delivery are handled efficiently, accurately, and in line with contractual obligations. This is a key role in ensuring smooth operations, compliance, and high levels of customer satisfaction.
