About the Role

The successful candidate will have proven trade experience (Electrical Bias) and primarily be based at Sensata with responsibility to ensure that all facilities delivered on site are to an exceptional standard. The job role is primarily hands-on completing both planned maintenance and reactive tasks, this role requires the organization and supervisory management of subcontractors PPM works and reactive tasks, as well as updating information on company and Client CAFM systems on task status using computer or handheld device.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks
• Supervise and manage subcontractors for PPM and reactive works
• Update CAFM systems with task status using computer or handheld device
• Ensure buildings and grounds are maintained to an excellent standard
• Build and maintain strong working relationship with the client
• Communicate issues affecting facility operations to the client
