About the Role

At the heart of [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] sits The Vinery, a stunning glasshouse café within the Castle, Park and Gardens. We’re looking for a passionate Barista to join our lively Food & Beverage team, delivering exceptional coffee and warm hospitality across a truly unique estate. From crafting beautiful coffee in The Vinery to supporting pop-up venues in the Dutch Barn, Riding School and Castle, this is a varied role in an inspiring setting.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and drinks at speed and to a consistently high standard
• Prepare and serve fresh, locally sourced food
• Deliver friendly, efficient service in busy café, kiosk and event settings
• Support estate events, from intimate teas to large-scale pop-ups
• Sell refreshments, tickets and retail items with strong product knowledge
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation and safety
