Brand Licensing Team Coordinator

Location: White City, London (Hybrid - 3 days in office)

Salary: £30,000 to £35,000 per annum

Contract Type: Permanent Full-time

Closing Date: 8th May 2026

The Role

To provide comprehensive administrative and practical support to the SVP Brand Licensing and the wider Brand Licensing team, enabling them to focus on strategic and creative priorities.

  • Travel, Events & Meeting Coordination - Arrange and monitor travel, hotels, events, team dinners, monthly/quarterly meetings, license holder meetings.
  • Research & Presentation Production - Research brands and opportunities, prepare branded presentations.
  • Supplier, Merchandise & Logistics Coordination - Coordinate goods from manufacturers to production teams.
  • Administration - Salesforce Champion, data health reporting, support Sales with Accounts/Leads, maintain Content Hub and Rightsline, build relationships with other coordinators.

Skills you'll need

  • Strong experience in preparing, formatting, and producing professionally branded presentations
  • Experience using Macs and Gmail (particularly Gmail calendar) is desirable
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems preferred
  • Previous experience in the role of a PA or Team Assistant
  • Experience of managing multiple busy diaries
  • Media industry experience would be an advantage
  • Excellent communication style, both verbal and written
  • Excellent time management skills. Structured and having the capacity to prioritise important tasks
  • Efficient PC skills with an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel and the full Google suite.
