FULL DESCRIPTION
Creative Producer
The Creative Producer at [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] plays a pivotal role in supporting the production and execution of innovative and experiential projects, supporting the Project and Creative team from initial concept through to final delivery.
Salary: £35,000 – £42,000 per year | Location: Barbican, London | Type: Full-time, On-site
Key Responsibilities
- Creative Contribution & Development: Act as a key creative contributor, support development from ideation to execution, contribute to client briefs, collaborate with creative teams, bring innovative production techniques, champion creative integrity.
- Production & Delivery: Manage end-to-end production of immersive installations, brand activations, and events; support budgeting, scheduling, supplier sourcing, logistics, on-site installation; serve as client contact; assemble project teams; conduct risk assessments; oversee documentation.
About You
- Essential Experience: 2-4 years in producer role in events/experiential marketing; portfolio of high-impact live events; budget creation and management; supplier management; excellent project management; problem-solving; strong communication.
- Creative Skills: Narrative instinct, confidence in ideation, excellent written/verbal communication, understanding of creative process.
- Desirable Experience: Food and beverage-led concepts; knowledge of fabrication, construction, AV/technical production.
