Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Onsite customer training & support for the premium portfolio of medical devices including fetal monitoring, ECG, defib and simulation.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with key clinical and administrative stakeholders.
  • Respond to customer queries, provide advice on products and ensure appropriate configurations.
  • Communicate with colleagues to monitor installations and schedule training.
  • Provide clinical support, insight & education to colleagues, including participation in sales demonstrations.
  • Maintain professional registration and certification for customer training.
  • Maintain training records in electronic and/or paper format.
  • Participate in Clinical Education programs.
  • Contribute to development of the Training & Education Team and improvement projects.

Role Requirements

  • Clinical qualification in Nursing or related healthcare discipline & minimum 3 years' experience.
  • Ideally a third level qualification in Nursing, Education, Training or related discipline.
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, customer focused approach.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail, especially in managing training schedules.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Full, clean driver’s licence with flexibility to travel regularly across GB.
