Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Onsite customer training & support for the premium portfolio of medical devices including fetal monitoring, ECG, defib and simulation.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with key clinical and administrative stakeholders.
- Respond to customer queries, provide advice on products and ensure appropriate configurations.
- Communicate with colleagues to monitor installations and schedule training.
- Provide clinical support, insight & education to colleagues, including participation in sales demonstrations.
- Maintain professional registration and certification for customer training.
- Maintain training records in electronic and/or paper format.
- Participate in Clinical Education programs.
- Contribute to development of the Training & Education Team and improvement projects.
Role Requirements
- Clinical qualification in Nursing or related healthcare discipline & minimum 3 years' experience.
- Ideally a third level qualification in Nursing, Education, Training or related discipline.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, customer focused approach.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail, especially in managing training schedules.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Full, clean driver’s licence with flexibility to travel regularly across GB.
