Service Engineer - Aberdeen (EV Charging)

What you will do

  • Customer Support: Provide technical assistance to customers, including EV charging station operators and end-users.
  • Service/Contract Tasks: Support the Service & Contracts teams to ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Remote Assistance: Offer remote technical support via phone, email, or remote desktop tools.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records in the ticketing system and contribute to the knowledge base.

What we are looking for

  • At least 2 years' experience in technical support or field service roles.
  • Strong technical aptitude to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Ability to support local (Scotland) and national teams as part of the [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] team.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for exceptional service.
  • Flexibility to travel occasionally and work outside regular hours.
