Electrical Tutor / Assessor (Trainee or Qualified) Permanent

- Job Title: Electrical Tutor / Assessor (Trainee or Qualified)
- Location: Cambridgeshire – Site/Field based (Must be flexible with travel)
- Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 (Depending on skills and experience)

- Unqualified Assessors will undergo training and support to complete an Assessor Qualification
Essential Criteria
- Must be a qualified Electrician, holding a minimum of a Level 3 (Domestic).
- Must hold a minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Electrician.
- Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Full, clean UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
Duties include
- Deliver Electrical Installation/Maintenance Apprenticeships at Level 3, and relevant short courses, across practical and theoretical competencies.
- Assist with the development and implementation of learning resources.
- Organise and maintain documentation on learners’ progress.
- Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
- Supporting learners to ensure they are fully prepared for End Point Assessment.
