We have an exciting opportunity for a fun, and sociable Support Worker to join our team, supporting two young people in their own home.

• Role – Female Support Workers
• Location – Bury
• Pay – 14.29 (Holiday entitlement included)
• Shifts – 8-8 Shifts with waking nights
• Competent verbal and written English
• Must have experience within health and social care settings

What You'll Be Doing

• Provide person-centred care tailored to individual needs
• Assist with daily living activities, promoting independence and dignity
• Offer emotional support and companionship
• Support community access — including social outings and events
• Monitor wellbeing and accurately record care provided
• Work collaboratively with nurses, families, and the wider care team
