WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- A record of success in agency side digital recruitment
- To own the entire recruitment process for tech and digital [Employer hidden] on the contract side, whilst also giving our clients the VIP treatment.
- A genuine passion and interest for your chosen market
- Conversation skills. Recruitment is all about building relationships so someone who loves to talk to candidates and clients - keyboard warriors need not apply!
- A mature approach. We don’t work with kids, if wolf of wall street is what you’re into this is not the place for you
- Pride. Our collective reputation has been built over years of hard-work and exceeding expectations. We need someone who takes the same level of pride in their work and is willing to help us build on our early success.
