About the Team

Admin Services is a critical component in [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]’s strategy to provide SMEs a strong business management platform. The vertical spans Invoicing, Payroll, Expense management, Business registrations and compliance, Accounting and tax. Over the next phase, we aim to scale each product line, leverage automation and AI, expand internationally, and build a highly effective organisation.

About the Role

We are seeking a commercially driven, enterprise-minded SVP of Admin Services to lead and scale this multi-product division. Responsibilities include: Strategic Leadership & P&L Ownership, Product Line Expansion, Commercial & Go-to-Market Ownership, Team Leadership & Organisation Building, Operational Excellence, Technology & AI Enablement, Cross-Functional Collaboration, Market & Customer Insight.

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven experience operating as a business leader (CEO, GM, or SVP) in a high-growth environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with a track record of owning and scaling P&L-driven businesses; ideally in a multi-country context.
  • Experience in Accounting / payroll / expense management, SaaS for SMEs, or Financial or operational services platforms.
  • Ability to scale multi-product portfolios internationally.
  • A team player with demonstrated success building and leading large, multi-functional teams.
  • Strong execution capability able to break down complex problems and drive outcomes at pace.
  • Experience defining pricing, monetisation, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-scaling environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence at executive level.
  • Technology-aware mindset, with an appreciation for automation and AI-led transformation.
