Real Estate Paralegal at [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is seeking a paralegal to join its Real Estate team in Leeds. This full-time hybrid position offers the opportunity to work embedded within the department, handling caseloads and supporting fee-earners. Salary: £26,228 per annum rising to £27,228 after one year.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle own caseload of files from instruction to enforcement under supervision
  • Undertake fee earning work including drafting client documentation, client care correspondence, and court documentation
  • Maintain key client relationships and attend routine meetings/hearings
  • Deal with routine client enquiries and communications
  • Support fee earners with administrative tasks, monthly reporting, and invoicing
  • Deputise for fee earners when necessary and provide cross-departmental support

Requirements

  • Law Degree or Law Conversion qualification with minimum 2:1 classification
  • Previous paralegal experience in a commercial law firm preferred (full training provided)
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Excellent client service and prioritisation abilities
  • Team player with resilience and enthusiasm
