Role Summary
Are you an experienced Occupational Health Advisor looking for a role that offers flexibility, variety, and genuine career development? Join our friendly and professional team in this hybrid position, combining home-based work with onsite clinic cover across the Southampton area as required. In this diverse role, your responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out workplace assessments and identifying potential risks to health
- Delivering sickness absence management, health surveillance, pre-employment, and fitness-for-work screenings
- Providing professional advice and guidance on both physical and mental health concerns
- Upholding the highest standards of occupational healthcare and professional integrity
Who Are We Looking For?
- Registered General Nurse with proven experience working as an Occupational Health Advisor
- Current NMC Registration
- Proactive, friendly and professional person confident managing own workload
- Full UK driving license (travel to clinics required)
