Role Summary

Are you an experienced Occupational Health Advisor looking for a role that offers flexibility, variety, and genuine career development? Join our friendly and professional team in this hybrid position, combining home-based work with onsite clinic cover across the Southampton area as required. In this diverse role, your responsibilities will include:

• Carrying out workplace assessments and identifying potential risks to health
• Delivering sickness absence management, health surveillance, pre-employment, and fitness-for-work screenings
• Providing professional advice and guidance on both physical and mental health concerns
• Upholding the highest standards of occupational healthcare and professional integrity

Who Are We Looking For?

• Registered General Nurse with proven experience working as an Occupational Health Advisor
• Current NMC Registration
• Proactive, friendly and professional person confident managing own workload
• Full UK driving license (travel to clinics required)
