Role Summary

Provide professional and confidential workplace counselling and therapy services to clients. This role involves on-site and remote working.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide professional counselling and therapy services
• Maintain records and statistical returns
• Consult with Head of Mental Health Services and Clinical Manager
• Manage diary via online portal
• Participate in clinical supervision
• Adhere to ethical framework and professional requirements
• Maintain working knowledge of IT (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Portal)
• For blue light contracts: provide in-person therapy, duty function, psychological monitoring, trauma support

Experience, Skills, and Knowledge

• Minimum degree in Counselling
• CBT Practitioner qualification
• Registered with a professional body
• Experience in highly demanding environment
• Ability to work autonomously and conduct risk assessments
