Role Summary

We are looking for an Occupational Health Advisor to join our team, providing services for a large, well-established client based in Northampton (NN17). The role involves one day per week on-site at this client location, with any other remaining days worked remotely. This position is open to part-time hours (7.5 -22.5 hours per week) and full time (37.5 hours per week). 1 permanent one day a week contract may be considered to accommodate the onsite work in NN17.

The client operates within a large industrial sector and has a strong focus on employee health, safety, and wellbeing. This role will involve a mixture of case management and health surveillance, though full days of case management are very unlikely. When managing cases, these will be around 45 minutes per case, giving a varied and manageable workload.

In this role, you will deliver health surveillance, assessments, and fitness-for-work advice, supporting the client's Occupational Health requirements and helping employees maintain their health and performance.
