Location: Nottingham / Hybrid Working

Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum (pro-rata for part-time)

Contract Type: Permanent, Part-Time (30 hours/week)

Role Summary

The post holder must cover on-site working up to two days a week (1pm-9pm) across three sites for a global e-commerce company (LE67 Leicester, DE74 Derby, NG17 Sutton in Ashfield), and the rest of the days from home. A driver's license and vehicle access are required.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate assessment, diagnosis, and treatment to employees remotely or face-to-face.
  • Identify and advise on workplace hazards contributing to Musculoskeletal disorders.
  • Conduct workplace assessments (DSE, work-based tasks) as required.
  • Maintain clinical objectivity and impartiality per occupational health guidance.
  • Deliver evidence-based rehabilitation adhering to national clinical standards.
  • Utilise a biopsychosocial approach with functional assessment to address work barriers.

Experience, Skills, and Knowledge Required

  • Clinical Physiotherapy Qualification.
  • Full member of CSP & Registered member of HCPC (essential).
  • Post-graduate training in Occupational Health/Ergonomics.
  • Previous experience or interest in Occupational Health Physiotherapy.
  • Experience of functional assessment and fitness for work advice.
  • Driver license and access to a vehicle.
