Homes England Coordinator
We’re looking for a detail‑driven Homes England Coordinator to play a key role in managing and maintaining our funding data across Homes England’s Investment Management System (IMS). This role is central to ensuring the accuracy, governance and timely submission of information for current and future funding programmes, including the Recycled Capital Grant Fund (RCGF). You’ll work closely with Project Managers, the Development Commercial Team and Senior Leaders to support funding claims, reporting and audits. Permanent | Full Time | 37 hours per week | Monday to Friday | Norwich Office Base | Hybrid
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate data within Homes England’s Investment Management System (IMS)
- Oversee information relating to current and future funding programmes, including RCGF
- Review, curate and update data provided by Project Managers prior to upload into IMS
- Maintain accurate records of schemes funded by Homes England
- Work closely with the Development Commercial Team to support completion reporting and data analysis
- Liaise with Project Managers in the Delivery Team to compile accurate scheme information and meet submission deadlines
- Gather and maintain historic, current and forecast data relating to RCGF receipts and allocations
- Track fund allocations, both forecast and actual
- Produce monthly dashboards and reports for Senior Management and Board Members
- Act as the lead for Homes England audits, ensuring compliance and high standards of data integrity
- Support transparency, effective governance and process improvement across funding programmes
What We’re Looking For
Essential
- Strong administrative and coordination experience, ideally within housing, development or funding environments
- Excellent attention to detail with confidence working accurately with figures and data
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads and meet fixed deadlines
- Confident computer literacy, including experience with databases or management systems
- Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
- Ability to work independently while remaining a strong team contributor
- Minimum of five GCSEs at grade C / grade 4 or above (or equivalent)
Desirable
- Knowledge or understanding of Homes England, IMS or grant‑funded programmes
- Experience working within the housing or development sector
- Exposure to reporting, dashboards or performance data for senior stakeholders
Salary & Benefits
