What we are looking for

We are looking for a skilled 1st Line Support Technician to join the team, helping to resolve technical issues for our clients and providing exceptional customer service.

What you should bring:

  • Good IT and problem solving skills in areas such as Anti-Virus, Disk Space, Memory / CPU, Office 365 Management, VPN and connectivity troubleshooting
  • Strong written and oral skills
  • Confidence on the phone when dealing with clients
  • A passion for IT and willingness to learn
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience in outsourced IT support
  • Full UK driving licence
  • 2+ years supporting SMB networks

Extra skills that would be great:

  • Experience in an IT Managed Service Provider
  • Experience tracking time

Some specifics of the role

  • Support for PCs and servers (Windows 10/11, Server 2016–2022)
  • Installing PCs and upgrading software
  • Supporting customer applications
  • Setting up email accounts and hosting (Linux & Windows)
  • Supporting Macs remotely and on-site
