Senior Surveyor

The Role

We are seeking to recruit a Senior Surveyor to join our Asset Services team in London. The role involves undertaking a full range of services to an extensive and varied client base, providing a Complete Property Service, promoting the firm's services, managing projects and mentoring recently qualified and graduate employees. Ensure services are managed effectively in line with defined client SLAs and reporting requirements, following [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] policy guidelines.

Duties

• Provide sound professional advice to clients and negotiate confidently
• Undertake site visits
• Conduct feasibility studies
• Manage team projects and property portfolios
• Prepare invoices and maintain team finance
• Accurate assessment of environmental impacts or economic viability
• Take responsibility for projects from earliest stages to completion
• Develop new business with existing clients and expand client base
• Deal with day-to-day tenant enquiries efficiently

Skills + Experience

• Relevant degree and professional membership (RICS/RTPI)
• Confident communicator
• Excellent presentation skills
• Thorough knowledge of sector and general property market
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Excellent networking and negotiation skills
