This is where it starts.

You’ll be responsible for producing the dough that powers every site — making sure it’s consistent, high quality, and ready to perform when it hits the oven.

You’ll be part of a small, tight team working in our central production unit, supporting multiple restaurants.

What you’ll be doing

• Mixing and producing large batches of pizza dough, foccacia and non gluten bases
• Following recipes and processes to ensure consistency across all sites
• Scaling, balling, and preparing dough for delivery
• Monitoring fermentation and dough quality
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety
• Supporting stock control and ingredient handling
• Working efficiently to meet production targets
• Handling deliveries
• Gathering daily deliveries to be delivered to sites

What we’re looking for

• Someone reliable who takes pride in their work
• Comfortable with physical work (lifting, repetitive tasks, fast-paced environment)
• Good attention to detail — consistency is everything
• Ability to follow systems and processes
• A team player who brings a good attitude every day

Experience in kitchens or food production is great, but not essential — we’ll train the right person.
