Merchandising Operations Executive

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is one of Formula 1's most iconic teams, and our Merchandising & Licensing division is central to how we bring the Williams brand to fans around the world. We are looking for a highly organised and commercially minded Product & Retail Operations Executive to support the end-to-end execution of our product and retail activity; from range development and supplier management through to fulfilment, inventory, and in-race retail delivery.

Product Operations

  • Support the development and critical path management of the Williams product range across apparel, accessories, and lifestyle categories
  • Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure on-time delivery, quality compliance, and accurate product specifications
  • Maintain product data, imagery, and range documentation across internal systems and retail platforms
  • Assist in the management of samples, approvals, and sign-off processes in line with brand guidelines

Retail & E-Commerce Operations

  • Support the day-to-day operations of the [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] online store, including product uploads, inventory management, promotional activity, and order fulfilment coordination
  • Liaise with third-party fulfilment partners and logistics providers to ensure accurate, timely despatch and a high standard of customer experience
  • Manage stock within Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), maintaining accurate inventory records, processing goods in/out, and ensuring data integrity across the ERP system
  • Monitor stock levels and flag replenishment requirements, working closely with the wider team to manage forecasting and intake planning
  • Assist in the coordination of retail activations at Grand Prix’ and other commercial events, including stock planning, logistics, and on-site support where required

Reporting & Administration

  • Produce regular trading and operational reports, tracking KPIs across sales, stock, and fulfilment performance
  • Support the management of purchase orders, invoicing, and supplier correspondence
  • Maintain accurate records across all operational workflows to support commercial decision-making

Qualifications

  • Experience in a retail operations, product, or e-commerce coordination role, ideally within sport, fashion, or a consumer lifestyle brand
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously and meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment
  • Comfortable working with data — confident in Excel/Google Sheets and able to produce clear, accurate reports
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify or similar) is advantageous
  • Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) for stock and inventory management is strongly desirable
  • A collaborative team player with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
  • Passion for Formula 1 or sport more broadly is a plus but not essential
