Role Purpose
As a Model Maker, you'll be at the heart of our Aerodynamics department, crafting and testing high-precision 60% scale model parts in one of the most advanced wind tunnel facilities in motorsport. What you make in the Model Shop makes it onto the racetrack. That's the job of a lifetime.
About the Role
- Manufacturing and testing precision 60% scale parts, working with Model Design, Aero, and Aero Test Facilities teams.
- Own the detail, ensuring every part is accounted for and the pre-fit model is always race-ready.
- Build close working relationship with the Aero Design Team, using hands-on expertise to spot opportunities for faster model change times without compromising quality.
- Raise and help fix issues, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
- Take pride in setting standards for Health & Safety and the impression left on partners and guests.
