Cafe Manager

About the Role
Reporting into the Store Manager, you will lead and empower colleagues to deliver outstanding customer service. Responsibilities include:
- Listen and respond to customer feedback
- Ensure market leading availability
- Work with other managers to drive performance
- Manage people routines, scheduling, absence, and talent conversations
- Deliver training to build team capability
- Identify and develop talent
- Build effective relationships across departments
- Lead colleagues to achieve targets
- Take a leadership role within the store
- Plan resources thoroughly
About You
We are looking for someone with experience in a fast-paced environment, great communication skills, and the ability to build relationships. Key requirements include:
