Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with dispensing
• Supporting frame styling
• Carrying out adjustments and fittings
• Handling patient enquiries
• Maintaining a welcoming and efficient front-of-house service

Candidate Requirements

• Previous optical or retail experience preferred
• Strong customer service skills
• Professional and approachable manner
• Willingness to learn and develop within optics
