Responsibilities

• Assisting with dispensing and frame selection
• Advising patients on suitable optical products
• Booking and managing appointments
• Meeting and greeting patients
• Taking measurements and carrying out adjustments
• Supporting day-to-day running of the practice
• Maintaining high levels of customer service

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience as an Optical Assistant
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional and patient-focused approach
• Ability to work effectively within a team
• Flexibility to work Saturdays
