Key Responsibilities
- Dispensing spectacles and advising on suitable lens options
- Assisting patients in selecting frames based on individual needs and preferences
- Taking accurate measurements and carrying out adjustments
- Booking appointments and managing patient interactions
- Delivering consistently high levels of customer service
- Supporting the day-to-day running of the practice
Candidate Requirements
- Qualified Dispensing Optician, registered with the GOC
- Previous experience within an optical setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A professional, patient-focused approach
- Ability to work effectively within a team
