The Role
- Providing exceptional, personalised customer care
- Offering clear, confident optical advice
- Supporting the launch and daily running of the new brand
- Upholding values of trust, quality, and customer-first service
- Working closely with in-house opticians and wider clinical teams
- Assisting customers with contact lens queries, orders, and eye care guidance
