Job Overview

As a qualified Hearing Aid Audiologist with a minimum of two years’ post-qualification experience, you will manage your own clinics and deliver comprehensive hearing assessments, fittings, and aftercare. Duties include otoscopy, pure tone audiometry, impression taking, hearing aid programming and fine-tuning in line with BSA recommendations. You will maintain accurate clinical records via an electronic patient management system and adhere to regulatory standards. Commercial awareness and working towards activity goals and KPIs are also required.

Candidate Requirements

  • BSc in Audiology or equivalent qualification in Hearing Aid Dispensing
  • Full HCPC registration
  • Minimum two years’ post-qualification experience
  • Strong understanding of audiological principles and clinical audit performance
  • Proven ability to achieve commercial objectives
  • Evidence of ongoing CPD
  • Excellent communication and administrative skills
