Job Description

Flame Health Pharmacy are delighted to be working confidentially in partnership with a well-established independent community pharmacy to recruit a Pharmacist Manager for their West End branch in Stoke-on-Trent. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Pharmacist or a newly qualified professional ready to take the next step in their career within a supportive and patient-focused environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy.
  • Deliver NHS and private pharmacy services to a high standard.
  • Maintain strong relationships with patients, prescribers, and local healthcare professionals.
  • Ensure full compliance with GPhC regulations and company SOPs.
  • Support, train, and lead an experienced pharmacy team.
  • Identify business development opportunities and drive service growth.

Requirements

  • GPhC-registered Pharmacist (essential).
  • Experienced or newly qualified, with a desire to progress into management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Organised, proactive, and customer-focused with a “can-do” attitude.
  • Reliable and professional with a commitment to excellent patient care.
  • Able to commute or relocate to the West End area before starting.
