Job Description
Our client, an independent eyewear brand, is seeking a qualified Optometrist to join their Soho practice. You will be a key brand ambassador, delivering outstanding eye examinations and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality eye examinations to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Understand patient needs and provide tailored optical guidance.
- Support the store manager with optical training for the retail team.
- Guarantee technical excellence and quality of patient care.
- Act as a brand ambassador and build patient rapport to encourage return visits.
Personal Requirements
- Fully qualified to practice optometry in the UK.
- Excited to work in a fast-paced, self-starter environment.
- Ability to make patients at ease and deliver thorough health checks.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Highly motivated team player with ability to adapt.
- Availability to work on Saturdays.
- Fluent in written and oral English (additional language an asset).
