Job Overview

As a qualified Hearing Aid Audiologist with a minimum of two years’ post-qualification experience, you will manage your own clinics and deliver comprehensive hearing assessments, fittings, and aftercare services. Your responsibilities include conducting otoscopy, pure tone audiometry, impression taking, hearing aid programming, and fine-tuning in line with BSA recommendations. You will maintain accurate clinical records via an electronic patient management system and adhere to regulatory standards. Alongside clinical excellence, you will demonstrate commercial awareness, working towards appointment activity goals, KPIs, and revenue targets.

Candidate Requirements

  • BSc in Audiology or equivalent Hearing Aid Dispensing qualification from a recognised provider
  • Full HCPC registration
  • Minimum two years post-qualification experience
  • Strong understanding of audiological principles
  • Consistently high clinical audit performance
  • Proven ability to achieve commercial objectives
  • Ongoing CPD and commitment to professional development
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and administrative skills
