About the Role

As a Customer Care Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for customer enquiries, providing professional and efficient support across phone, email, and chat. You will ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and overseeing key administrative tasks to ensure smooth clinic operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Professionally responding to customer enquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Managing and updating patient lists and conducting customer satisfaction surveys to meet monthly targets.
  • Maintaining clinic schedules and ensuring minimum capacity levels are met.
  • Processing and verifying optical data, NHS claims, and orders with precision.
  • Keeping customer records up to date and managing home account information.
  • Liaising with Care Home Managers to schedule and confirm visits while ensuring data accuracy.
  • Onboarding new customers and conducting inductions effectively.
  • Supporting administrative tasks to guarantee the smooth running of clinics and services.
  • Representing the company positively by providing accurate information about products and services.

Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum of 12 months optical experience
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • A proven track record in delivering excellent customer service.
  • Experience with administrative processes and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in IT systems and data management.
  • An eye for detail and the ability to prioritise tasks to meet deadlines.
